The process: 1. Design conception - sketching out each unique pattern 2. Material selection - choosing colours and textures 3. Base garment preparation - selecting the perfect knitwear 4. Hand embroidery - bringing each design to life stitch by stitch 5. Quality inspection - ensuring every piece meets our standards 6. Gift wrapping - preparing for its special delivery

Each piece takes between 3-5 hours to complete, depending on complexity.
